Docente di Letteratura francese del Medioevo all’Università di Tolosa, dal 2018 viaggia a piedi e in bicicletta lungo e dentro i fiumi e i torrenti del Friuli Venezia Giulia. Dalle sue esplorazioni fluviali sono tratti i racconti di viaggio I Segreti del Tagliamento (Ediciclo 2020); La Via del Torre (Ribis 2021); Timavo Natisone Isonzo. Fiumi, uomini e confini (Ribis 2024); Acque vive. La Via dei fiumi in Friuli Venezia Giulia (Ribis 2025).

Acque Vive descrive un viaggio da Sappada a Trieste che si svolge lungo i corsi d’acqua, fili azzurri che si intrecciano alle comunità fluviali in un tessuto naturale, storico e culturale. Il narratore compie una ricerca dell’essenza dei luoghi, raccogliendo storie, testimonianze e poesie dal Piave al Rosandra (gli zattieri del Piave, la diga del Vajont, le Lotte del Cormor…), la cui storia si rivela legata ai fiumi percorsi. Frutto di un’esplorazione personale dell’autrice, il libro è un invito a conoscere, rispettare e amare il patrimonio fluviale del Friuli Venezia Giulia.
